Sussex Police officer Daniel Moss suspended after ‘selling three-in-a-bed romps while on sick leave’

Sussex Police officer Daniel Moss and girlfriend Tracey Perryman advertised their services on an escort site, telling potential clients: “We can be as filthy as you want”

A police officer has been suspended over allegations he sold threesomes with his girlfriend while on long-term sick leave through ‘stress’.

Sussex Police officer Daniel Moss, 41, has been placed under investigation by the force’s Professional Standards Department.

PC Moss is alleged to have taken part in three-in-a-bed romps along with girlfriend Tracey Perryman, 38, for up to £210 an hour.

The pair advertised their services on escort website Adultwork.com, telling potential clients: “Me and my boyfriend were swingers prior to taking up escorting and we thought… Hey let’s give it a go, why not do something we love as a job?

“We can be as filthy as you want”.

Pervy Sun newspaper reporter recorded undercover footage after reportedly booking a half-hour threesome at a ground-floor flat in Hastings, Sussex.

During the meeting, Moss was filmed saying: “This plays out however you want to do it.

“If you want to sit down that’s fine, if you want to take part, don’t feel pressure to do anything.”

PC Moss is understood to have been on long-term sick leave for around three months.

He could now be disciplined or even sacked if found guilty of gross misconduct.

The couple have not broken the law by selling sex as working as a prostitute in private is not a criminal offence.

It is only a criminal offence to solicit prostitution or to profit from running a brothel or pimping.

The police code of ethics states officers must “avoid any activities that may bring the police service into disrepute and damage the relationship of trust and confidence between the police and the public.”

A Sussex Police spokesman confirmed: “We can confirm an investigation has been launched into the conduct of an officer based in Hastings.
